  • Does this trail contain water? YES! The location features a body of water with benches around it. This makes taking pictures or just taking in the scenery very easy. The trail also contains a small waterfall and many other small areas where water has collected.

  • Is the trail mostly forested? YES! Most of the trail is under tree cover. The trail starts with lots of tree cover. As you make your way towards the water, the trees stop, offering a better view. As the trail continues, the rest is covered.

  • Should I expect to see wildlife? During our trip we saw many types of insects and birds. The water and forest provide homes for birds, so expect to see them!

  • What type of vegetation might I see? Trees, flowers, and even bamboo! This trail offers lots and lots of vegetation. From tall pine trees to flowers, this trail is filled with things that any hiker would like. A large portion of the flowers are located near the pond, leading to an amazing sight.

  • What about my dog? Your dog is 100% allowed. This trail is very popular amongst dog owners, as the trail offers many different types of trees and vegetation that any dog would enjoy.

  • Was the trail very busy? During our trip, no, but timing does affect how busy the trail is. Overall though, the trail was not very busy, leading to a more relaxing and calming experience.

  • How difficult is this trail? Not very difficult. Most of the trail is through the forest, but it's mostly flat and not very steep. The trail is not paved, though, so watch your step.
